Earlier this summer two members of our team, Ellen McBride and Zanna Krzyzanowska attended the SPAB Working Party in Boxley Abbey. Under the guidance of experts in their crafts, Ellen and Zanna had the opportunity to learn about and try their hand at various traditional building skills, from stone wall repairs, through pointing to glazing repairs.

MAA are committed to continuing training for team members and are encouraging of practical hands-on conservation experience in the development of conservation knowledge. We believe such training benefits the careers of conservation professionals and can build better relationships with skilled conservation contractors.
