Charlotte Wilcockson

MCIOB, AssocRICS, MIWFM

Charlotte joined MAA in June 2026 as a Building Surveyor, bringing over 13 years’ experience working with historic buildings and heritage environments, including listed buildings and scheduled monuments.

Before joining MAA, Charlotte worked as a Heritage Building Surveyor in private practice, providing building surveying, project management, contract administration and lead design services for clients including the Natural History Museum, the British Museum, the UK Parliament and Lloyds Bank.

Previously, Charlotte spent over a decade at Windsor Castle, initially with Royal Collection Trust before joining the Royal Household Property Section as a Building Supervisor, where she managed repairs, maintenance and refurbishment projects across the historic estate.

Charlotte became a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) in 2025 and is also an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (MIWFM).
