We are delighted to welcome Oliver Cameron BSc (Hons) to Martin Ashley Architects, who joined the practice in February 2026 as an Assistant Building Surveyor.

Oliver graduated from the University of the Built Environment with a degree in Building Surveying and brings two and a half years’ professional experience from his previous practice. During this time, he worked across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and heritage projects, developing a broad and well-rounded skill set.

Prior to moving into building surveying, Oliver worked as a roofer, gaining valuable hands‑on experience with domestic, commercial and historic buildings. His practical background includes work on listed churches, projects in France, and notable buildings such as the Victoria and Albert Museum, providing him with a strong appreciation of traditional construction techniques and historic fabric.

Oliver’s blend of academic knowledge, practical experience, and professional surveying expertise makes him a valuable addition to our team. We are pleased to have him on board and look forward to working with him as he continues to develop his career with Martin Ashley Architects.
