We are excited to welcome Charlotte to Martin Ashley Architects as our new Building Surveyor.

Charlotte brings over 13 years of experience working with historic buildings and heritage environments, including listed buildings and scheduled monuments. Her previous roles include heritage building surveying in private practice, working with clients such as the Natural History Museum, the British Museum, the UK Parliament and Lloyds Bank, as well as more than a decade managing repairs, maintenance and refurbishment projects across the historic Windsor Castle estate.

Charlotte is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (MIWFM).
