Last Friday, the Martin Ashley Architects team gathered at Martin and Jenny’s beautiful home for our summer party.

It was a wonderful opportunity to step away from projects and deadlines and spend time together with colleagues, partners and families in glorious summer weather.

A particular highlight was presenting Martin with a bespoke lead planter, generally known as Lead Versailles Planters, crafted by English Leadworks and bearing the MAA initials and the year 2026 to commemorate the occasion. As a practice dedicated to craftsmanship and the long-term stewardship of historic buildings, it felt a fitting way to mark this occasion.

Thank you to Martin and Jenny for their generous hospitality, and to everyone who helped make the day such a memorable event.

We hope this will be the first of many MAA summer gatherings!
